We will leverage existing financial resources to develop a sustainable plan for the future that provides for the respect and dignity of individuals, while ensuring accountability and positive outcomes.  To build the cleanest, safest and best downtown and city possible. We intend to create full-spectrum solutions that address addiction, recovery, mental health, housing, job training, employment, accountability and self-sufficiency to ensure sustainable long-term solutions.
