Living In Spokane

Hey, there! My name is Phil Wells. I'm a husband, Army reservist, UK native and Realtor® in Idaho and Washington.

After moving to the US in 2018 I happily settled in Spokane in 2019.

Real estate for me represents a career where I can utilize all of my education and passions as well as serve others - it's truly a blessing. You may have seen my other pages ( or ) but this page is dedicated to showcasing and explaining some of Spokane's best features and quirks as a city.

A few things about me as a real estate agent:

1. I'm never going to pressure you into making a decision about what's likely the largest asset in your life.

2. I'm here to guide you, provide additional information, provide real estate expertise and take care of the technicalities.
