Had the opportunity to assist Mike Cole, Home Inspector on this beautiful 1922 Manito home today. This was a fun one for sure!

Cool find on my inspection today. This house was built in 1909 and this newspaper page was from 1912

Had a little visitor with me on this inspection. He came out to visit a few times but loved his shade under the cover. Its getting hot out! Calandar is filling up but still have some openings! 1 to 3 day turn around and same day reports! Reach out for any questions

Shout out to Taylor at Spokane Rooter for coming out on quick notice to do a sewer scope on my personal house. Found the source of my problem within minutes and gave me a solution to fix that wont cost me an arm and a leg. Would recommend anytime and will continue to use him when doing sewer scopes on my inspections as well. Thanks again!

Found this photo online recently. This is a good judgement of how long things in/on your home should last. Remember not everything is perfect so some things can go sooner than later. Better to always be prepared for the unexpected.
