🚨BILL STATUS UPDATE: HB 2521 Firearm Background Checks

Passed yesterday in the House along party lines.

The bill removes the $18 fee cap for firearm background checks..."to cover costs of the program", allowing the WSP to charge whatever they want.

Bill now moves to the Senate.
