A.M Donuts Splendora

Many of you have heard about the heartbreaking loss of Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputy Erika Serrato, who was killed in the line of duty this past weekend while serving our community.

For those who may not know us, my family owns both Blazin Cajun HTX and A.M Donuts in Splendora.

For us, this one hits especially close to home. Erika wasn’t just someone we knew about—she literally lived just a few houses down the street from our family. She was our neighbor, and she was also a familiar face at our donut shop.

After talking it over with my family, we’ve decided to fire up the pots one last time.

🦞 100% of the proceeds from this crawfish boil will go directly to support Karlie, Erika’s partner, through the GoFundMe established in her honor.

This isn’t about business. It’s about honoring someone who was part of our community. We wanted to do what we know best and use our crawfish business to give back to a family that’s experiencing an unimaginable loss.

A very special thank you to the Chapman family for generously allowing us to use their property directly across the street from A.M. Donuts #2 to host this fundraiser. Your kindness and willingness to help make this possible means more than you know.

A.M. Donuts #2 in Splendora is looking for a dependable Baker Assistant to join our team!

📍 AM DONUTS 2 Location: Splendora, TX
⏰ Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 2:00 AM – 8:00 AM
💰 Pay: $13/hour

Requirements:
✅ Must be at least 17 years old
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ Dependable and punctual
✅ Morning person who can work early hours
✅ Fast learner with a positive attitude
✅ Able to lift 50+ pounds everyday

⚠️ Please Note: This is NOT a cashier or front-counter position. This role involves back-of-house bakery production and physical labor. Team members are required to repeatedly lift and move dough containers and ingredients weighing 50+ pounds throughout the shift. Applicants should be comfortable performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

No experience necessary — we are willing to train the right person!
