The enclosed units have insulated ceilings to keep your boat cooler in the summer, with 12 foot high doors on the 35 foot units and 14 foot high doors on the 40 foot deep units.These will handle wake board boats with tall towers and larger cruisers that need high overhead clearance. The 50 foot covered RV spaces are large enough to handle the largest class C motor homes and the buildings are oriented so that the RV’s will always be out of the sun. The entire facility will have night sky friendly LED lighting, 20 amp power in all units with optional 30 amp power for the RV spaces. Security is our highest priority, we have 24 hour video surveillance of the entire site, on site owners, a highly secured keypad entry gate, security fencing, security lighting, and our SSL secure website keeps your personal information safe.
