Co A RSP Spartans

The Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) creates a strong foundation of training and developing the Soldier's Warrior Ethos that will set the standard for all Soldiers at Initial Entry Training (IET) and Advanced Individual Training (AIT). Our goal at Co A RSP is to prepare our new Soldiers for Basic Combat Training by ensuring they are mentally prepared, physically fit and administratively correct.
