We stayed one night in May, 2014. Asked for a non-smoking room, and it was fresh, with no evidence of smoke. Well maintained, bathroom had been renovated and had modern fixtures. Modern micro-wave, refrigerator, clock radio and flat-screen TV. Room appeared spotless. Close-by restaurants. Reception area rather dingy, which doesn't give a good first impression, but we spent little time there. Vending and ice machines a few steps away. The hotel is owned by a pleasant couple that seems to live on the property, and keeps it in top shape. Great room for small price. We'd be glad to return.
