So I've got a new healthy addiction: the pedometer on my phone! I love it, because I have a goal to get at least 5,000 steps per day, so I check it periodically to see how I'm doing. It's not something I need to spend a lot of time on, but it's still motivating! Since I started paying attention to it, I usually hit way more than my goal, which is awesome because the more I move, the better I can focus. :)
