Keep Moving Forward With Me

Today's the day! There’s just something about walking into RootsTech that feels like coming home.
I get giddy thinking about the stories waiting to be discovered. The names in old yearbooks, the newspaper clippings, the handwritten journals, the photos with no labels but so much meaning.
This year, I’m especially excited to learn better ways to share the family history I’ve inherited over the years. Not just to store it. Not just to organize it. But to tell it. To bring it to life for my entire extended family, and my kids, too. To help it feel relevant and alive instead of tucked away in a box.
Family history has this quiet way of strengthening us, reminding us where we come from and helping us see ourselves in a bigger story. I can’t wait to gather ideas, inspiration, and practical tools to make those stories easier to pass down.
Here’s to honoring the past and making it meaningful for the next generation. ❤️
