How to do Banded Bicep Curls:
• Keep elbows pinned close to your
torso
• Stand tall and avoid leaning forward Keep tension on the band the whole
time
Curl hands toward shoulders
without swinging
• Slowly lower back down for more
muscle engagement
What This Variation Targets
Because the band is pulling from behind, it keeps your biceps under tension longer and can help:
• Improve the “squeeze” at the top
• Increase time under tension
• Challenge stability and control
