WOW, 2011 and R4R2 here we come. Just started looking into the new ideas that we can come up with this year and it looks very interesting..... Keep you posted.

This year, the 2010 Komen Dallas Race for the Cure had 26,481 participants and raised over $2,814,500! Remember that 75% of net funds raised are invested in education, screening and treatment programs in Dallas County and the remaining 25% funds cutting edge research.

I will be sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for the pics and video to start hitting the pages. We want to thank Gene Birdsong from Edge of the Earth Video Productions for donating his time to video the entire event, we will be looking forward to putting up HD vid of the R4R I on these pages and also our upcoming website. Stay tuned.

With donations still coming in...as of 8:00 AM, between door/shirt/food & beverage cut/donations, we have raised $9,504.24 (yes, we actually got change) for the Dallas Komen Race for the Cure! Thank you everyone attended or helped make R4R a reality!
