It didn’t happen overnight — but it wouldn’t have happened at all without LIFT.

Nicole joined LIFT in November 2025 planning to try something new. What she didn’t expect was how much more was waiting for her.

After years of being consistent in traditional gyms and classes, she found herself stuck — bored, going through the motions, and seeing minimal results. She knew it was time for a change.

Fast forward just over a year, and Nicole is in the best shape of her life. Fitness is no longer something she “fits in” — it’s a priority for her and her family. She’s leading by example, showing that chasing your goals matters just as much as showing up for the people you love.

The fun and sense of community came almost immediately. The shift from simply working out to truly training followed soon after.

💪 The results:
• 20+ lbs lost
• Muscle gained
• 2 HYROX races completed

And she’s just getting started.

The LIFT Performance team is growing and we’re looking for a part-time strength and conditioning coach.

This part-time role is best suited for someone who’s eager to lead fitness classes and be a part of LIFTs mission to spread the power of fitness and community.
