“Incentives aside, what really matters is working with a municipality that understands what you’re trying to achieve, including all facets of the development process. Only then can you begin to discuss incentives that make a project feasible.”

It was a timely reminder that the strongest projects aren’t built on giveaways—they’re built on partnership, trust and shared vision.
