Good afternoon team, SFC Pearson here. Today is the day I say goodbye to the 601st and the state of Michigan and handover my responsibilities to SSG Killingbeck and soon SSG Bowser. I had a great experience here in the 601st over the past 3 years and learned a lot about myself and how to be a better leader. I want to thank the Commanders, NCOs and Soldiers I was able to work with. Thank you for your support and faith in me and allowing me the opportunity to lead and train this unit. I hope I was able to make an impact and steer this unit in the right direction. I wish you all the best of luck in the future and I know I'm leaving you in good hands with the current leadership.
