Mobility is a key fitness component, but often gets neglected in our daily workouts until we find limitations in our simple daily activities! Focus is often given to strength and cardio training, but mobility training can be “boring” to fast-paced individuals!
Be sure to get your fitness assessment, know your mobility score, and speak with a health professional today on ensuring you are staying fit with your flexibility! If you don’t use it…you may lose it!
