✨ THE STORY BEHIND OUR DUCK CONFIT CURRY ✨
This dish began as a chef’s late-night experiment — the kind made with curiosity, leftover ingredients, and a whole lot of passion.
One night, a perfectly tender duck leg came out of the confit pot, and instead of serving it the usual way, we decided to try something bold.
We sautéed sweet shallots, tossed in dry chili for that slow-building heat, and poured in our rich, aromatic curry. Then came the twist: a bed of silky egg noodles, soaking up every drop of flavor like they were meant for this moment.
When we plated it, we knew instantly — this wasn’t just another dish.
It was comforting, soulful, and unexpectedly addictive. One bite and the team simply looked at each other like, “Yep… this one’s staying.”
That’s how our Duck Confit Curry was born:
