1) Spruce up the yard. This can include checking paving stones and adding a fresh batch of flowers or planters.
2) Grab that hose and give the exterior of your home a good scrub with a pressure washer.
3) Once the walls are squeaky clean, it's time to move on to making the entryway of your home shine. A great way to do this is to add or polish up your outdoor lighting.
4) Is your front door looking a little worn? Slap on some new paint on the front door—it really makes the home look fresh and new.
5) Take it to the next level with outdoor furniture. Try to go for something minimalistic, classy, and appealing.
6) Consider sprucing up your fixtures. This can include things like door hinges, garage door handles, your mailbox, pathway lighting, and any electrical fixtures.
7) Do a drive-by. It may sound cheesy, but pretend you are passing your home as a potential buyer.
