Bulliard's of Louisiana pepper sauce design by Patti Britton of Britton Design Wine & Food Packaging in Sonoma. Louisiana flag colors of blue, white and gold were used in the label design with a hand lettered logo of "Bulliard's" for a nostalgic feel. I always liked this design of mine for Piper Sonoma. I worked with a great marketing director at Rémy Cointreau in Manhattan. She hired me because we had worked together when I designed work for Banfi Vintners plus I was in Sonoma. The design had life and energy. I drew the sun by hand based on a sun I saw on a woman's blouse. The yellow background has a bright, crackly texture to it. www.brittondesign.com
