Another rental at the Brazos County Expo center. If you need extra space for a gathering or want to get away and camp around the lake, get with me to check availability.

Don’t really advertise renting the little one out anymore but it will be in use  at Overlook Park Marina for a few days. Beautiful weather for some good camping. 

Rather you’re full time or a weekend camper, you know the temperature has been crazy lately and you’re switching from A/C, to furnace and very soon back to A/C.

Get your A/C ready by having it inspected and cleaned.

Dirty coils in your A/C will cause the compressor to work harder, and also prevent proper cooling of your RV.

Call to schedule an appointment to have your A/C cleaned so you know it is ready to work when you need it.

Sometimes leaks happen in areas that are NOT just a quick fix. This water leak under the floor pan resulted in removing the whole shower assembly. I did reinforce the floor before putting everything back to be sturdier when standing in shower.

During the latest freeze we had, I received a call that a customer had left the water dripping in the camper but forgot to open the tank valves. This resulted in the tanks filling up and overflowing inside and flooding the camper. Was able to get the frozen gate valve open with a heat gun but the pipe from the tank (pic with pipe outlined) to the valve was one solid tube of ice all the way to the holding tank. Only warmer weather and time thawed that much ice. Now, it will be a wait and see if the freeze will cause any leaks now that the customer can use the camper again. We all make mistakes and when that happens, I am here to help.
