Mohamad also had the opportunity to meet with Ursula Matulonis, MD, Chief of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Conference Chair for : Updates in Breast & Gynecologic Cancer Therapeutics, organized by eMedEd and presented by eMedEvents, taking place Oct. 9–10, 2026, in New York.

It's been an exciting few days of learning, networking, and collaboration at ASCO 2026.

Current Concepts in Oncology & Cardiology 2026 ( ) concluded with a full day of clinical discussions across oncology and cardiology.

The program addressed key areas including targeted lung cancer therapies, immunotherapy approaches such as bispecifics and CAR-T, the evolving role of AI in oncology, and updates in complex malignancies including pancreatic, hepatobiliary, and CLL management.

The cardiology segment focused on cardiogenic shock, advanced heart failure, and the role of mechanical circulatory support in contemporary practice.
