Many of you probably know Scott A Skrivanek. He is a retired paramedic, an emergency manager and an EMT instructor of the highest caliber. To us, he is a friend and colleague but did you know he is a food blogger keeping many of us on our heals with his wonderful blog, Adopted by Pasta. Today, we pay homage to Scott, his family (daughter Gabby is a budding EMT student following in part in her father footsteps) and the wonderful way food brings us all together.
