NOPEC

NOPEC (Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council) began in 2000 as the first northeast Ohio governmental opt out aggregation. We are a council of governments which means our community members are active in our how our organization is managed. Since 2001 we have saved our members hundreds of millions in cumulative energy savings and awarded over $28 million in energy efficiency grants.
