đź’• Sponsor a Woman. Change a Journey.
Cancer takes so much from a woman. Something as simple as getting dressed shouldn’t have to be one of them.
Through Black Girls Fighting Cancer, you can sponsor a woman currently in treatment with an Empowered Ease Chemo Blouse designed to provide comfort, dignity, and easy access for treatment while helping her feel confident along the way.
đź’ś Sponsor someone you know.
🩷 Or donate anonymously and we’ll place a blouse in the hands of a woman who needs it most.
Each blouse retails for $60, but thanks to this partnership, BGFC can purchase them for just $35.
🎀 Our goal is to sponsor 100 women by October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Every blouse represents more than clothing. It represents hope, compassion, and a reminder that no woman should face cancer alone.
To sponsor a blouse, visit:

⬇️ Scroll to the bottom of the homepage and click Donate. In the donation notes, simply write “Empowered Ease Blouse.”
Together, let’s wrap 100 women in comfort, confidence, and love this October. 💜🦋

đź”” The biggest part of the cancer journey that no one prepares you for is survivorship.
People see someone ring the bell and think, “She did it. It’s over. She can finally get back to normal.”
But for many of us, the bell isn’t the finish line. It’s the beginning of survivorship—and often one of the hardest parts of the journey.
During treatment, there is a plan, a team, and a next step. When treatment ends, the support often fades, but the challenges don’t. Fear of recurrence, scan anxiety, lingering side effects, changes in your body, relationships, and identity can all become part of life after cancer.
The bell deserves to be celebrated. But we should spend just as much time preparing people for survivorship as we do preparing them for treatment.
Because sometimes the hardest part isn’t surviving cancer—it’s learning how to live after it. 💜

Today, on National Cancer Survivors Day, we celebrate every survivor, every story, and every victory.
To those newly diagnosed, in treatment, thriving in survivorship, or living with metastatic disease, we honor your strength, resilience, and courage.
Survivorship looks different for everyone. Some are ringing the bell. Some are navigating life after treatment. Some are learning how to live well while living with cancer. Every journey matters.
At Black Girls Fighting Cancer, we remain committed to improving outcomes for women impacted by cancer through Access, Advocacy, and Awareness.
Today, we celebrate you.
đź’ś You are seen.
đź’ś You are valued.
đź’ś You are not alone.
Happy National Cancer Survivors Day!
