Let your child soar, spin, and smile in this fun-filled aerial yoga adventure! Designed for kids ages 5–12, this playful class focuses on learning exciting aerial yoga tricks, building strength and confidence, and exploring movement in a safe and supportive environment.

Using our aerial hammocks, participants will learn age-appropriate skills, improve balance, coordination, and body awareness, while having a blast hanging, swinging, and flying through the air. Whether your child is new to aerial yoga or already loves the hammock, this class is sure to inspire confidence, creativity, and plenty of smiles.
