"Ain't No Saint" is a rock song that I wrote and recorded at my home in NJ, I guess around 2002 or 3. My band was Five Inches Wide. I'm "singing," and "playing guitar." Dave Nemec played the bass, Rich Regalbuto was on drums, and Paul DeCamp played guitar. It was fun. Recorded at 16 Linden Place in Colts Neck, NJ, 07722. (I don't live there no more, so please, don't be throwing no tomatoes at the house.)

That said, I'm sure they won't mind if you bring some apple cider donuts from Delicious Orchards.

Streaming now on most of the major crooked streamer thingies like goo-goo ka YouTube and iChoons.

Mo Chuisle Mo Chroí 03/20/2026

New release!

I tried to get this tune out in time for St. Patrick's Day, but it didn't work out. Oh well!

"Mo chuisle mo chroí" is Irish for, "my pulse, my heart."

The SinkCoffiti art is the ogham (pronounced "Oh-um") spelling of the phrase.

I hope that you like it. I hope that it may inspire you to think of someone you love, and, if it does, tell them. Call them, text them, email them...go outside and shout it out to the universe. Share the feeling.
