Ironside Construction is a full services construction company that works in retail and insurance work for residential and commercial buildings. Our company serves the King, Snohomish, and Skagit County area. We pride on the work we do and we strive to have a fun, hardworking environment for every employee.

Our company is now hiring for a Entry Level Project Manager.

Some of the job requirements (but not limited to):

- Maintaining multiple work orders and making sure the job is coordinated and finished properly with the customers full satisfaction.

- Managing sub-contractors and making sure the scheduling is optimized for quick job turnovers.

- Coordination between the office and job site, making sure they have all the relevant information for invoicing/billing.

- Ordering materials and supplies for current or upcoming jobs

- Learning the programs to scope and invoice after job is completed.

A big plus if:

- Knowledge or Xactimate or Smartsheets

- Knowledge in Encircle

- Knowledge in Mitigation/Insurance work

Note: This is an entry level job and there are no requirements for this position. All we are looking for is someone who is motivated to learn and has a good attendance.
