Lifestyle Balance…⁣
I get asked a lot of “I’m trying to lose weight what should I cut out”⁣
The answer is and always will be CALORIES.⁣
You don’t need to cut out any specific food group (ie carbs), or your favorite “desserts”. ⁣
Life is a lot more enjoyable when you can achieve your goals while enjoying your favorite foods and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Starvation won’t work for long term results and it will make you hate “dieting”. Make it a lifestyle, and find the right balance and what works for you 💫 ⁣

A lot of times protein is the most underrated macronutrient. For me getting protein in through supplements is key 🔑 when I can’t reach my goals through Whole Foods.⁣
A high protein meal is what gets your body out of a catabolic state and into an anabolic state. Which means your body goes from burning muscle and storing fat (catabolic) to burning fat and building muscle (anabolic)..⁣⁣⁣
