Ladies and Gents I can't stand Facebook. But here I am posting on it once again.
I am also going to let you know that if you are serious about healing your past so you can awaken your future. You are going to want to join me on Skool. It's free for now and most likely will continue to be free for the 1st 100 new signups.
Why there instead of Facebook? 1 there are no endless ads, 2 we are congregated there for 1 purpose. Heal and have a blast doing it.
The classroom over there is a lot easier to navigate. So you can either join me over there or not. It's really an easy choice.
Stuck and stay stuck or move and do the real work.
If you want in send me a message and I will send you the link to join. You definately want to be in the 1st 100.

Exploring our feet through reflexology can be an easy and free way to support our mind, body and spirit.
Our feet are home to literally thousands of nerve endings and almost 70 acupuncture points, which is why foot reflexology is so effective. By massaging and stimulating specific areas on the soles of our feet, we can provide general support for our entire body, improve sleep patterns, increase physical and mental well-being, and also alleviate chronic conditions such as sinusitis and digestive upset. Although it is wonderful to work with an experienced foot reflexologist whenever possible, we also can develop a practice of treating ourselves to a self-reflexology treatment before we begin our day or in the evening to relax before going to bed.
There are a number of different ways to work the soles of your feet, including walking barefoot on river stones, rolling each foot over a golf or tennis ball, or just using your fingers and hands to massage your feet. When starting a reflexology session, it’s a good idea to begin with loosening up your ankles — rotate each foot clockwise then counterclockwise about 10 times. You also might want to pinch the end of your toes, which can increase circulation and drainage in your sinuses and stimulate your pituitary and pineal glands. Then you can begin massaging the ball of your foot, the arch, and the heel. If you find an area that is tender, it may indicate some distress or dysfunction occurring in the corresponding area of the body. You may want to explore what is going on with that organ or system.
Whether we are able to spend just a few minutes a day on this kind of self-care or a full half hour, our efforts are never wasted. By taking responsibility for our own health and taking time every day to connect with our body, we can not only assist our body in letting go of stress and dysfunction; we also can continue to support an ongoing sense of wellness and vitality.

Without a Net
When we continually live our life with a safety net, it creates a barrier to our freedom.
As we create the life of our dreams, we often reach a crossroads where the choices involve the risk of facing the unknown versus the safety and comfort of all that we have come to trust. We may feel like a tightrope walker, carefully teetering along the narrow path to our goals, sometimes feeling that we are doing so without a net. Knowing we have some backup may help us work up the courage to take those first steps, until we are secure in knowing that we have the skills to work without one. When we live our lives from a place of balance and trust in the universe, we can know we are supported — even though we may not see it.
If we refuse to act only if we can see the safety net, we may be allowing the net to become a trap, as it creates a barrier between us and the freedom to pursue our goals. Change is inherent in life. Remove fear from the equation, and then we can devote our full attention to the dream that awaits us.
We attract support into our lives when we are willing to make those first tentative steps, trusting that the universe will provide exactly what we need. In that process, we can decide that whatever comes from our actions is only for our highest and best growth. It may come in the form of a soft landing, an unexpected rescue, or an eye-opening experience gleaned only from the process of falling. So rather than allowing our lives to be dictated by fear of the unknown or trying to avoid falling, we can appreciate that sometimes we experience life fully when we are willing to trust and fall. And in doing so, we may just find that we have the wings to fly. When we believe that there is a reason for everything, we are acting with the safety net of the universe, and we know we will make the best of whatever comes our way.
