Aging actively isn't just about lifting weights and getting sweaty.

4 Stretches to Do After Working Out
Are you stretching after your workouts? If your l you're not, then you should because it'll help you lengthen tight muscles, lower your heart rate, and reset your nervous system.
Start with the half kneeling hip flexor stretch for the front hips. Next move into the adductor stretch for your inner thigh muscles. Then move into the lat stretch for your upper back. Lastly, finish with a 90-90 stretch for the glutes and hips.

Are you pushing through a workout when you really should be stepping back?
As a trainer, I see it all the time: the urge to "grind it out" even when you’re dealing with an injury, fighting off a sickness, or struggling with your mental health. But there is a massive difference between building mental toughness and causing actual burnout or harm.
In my latest video, How to Know When to Rest vs. When to Push, I break down exactly how to read your body's signals, what to do when you need a break, and how to make the smart call so you can keep making long-term progress.
Don't let a bad decision set you back weeks.

I wrote a quick article breaking down exactly why that is from how it gives you built-in accountability to how the flexible scheduling actually saves your week when life gets chaotic.
Give it a read and let me know your thoughts:
