The end work given to everyone involved and/or posted online is the artistic vision of the photographer and any alterations need to be communicated to the photographer who took the photo(s) in question. Midwest Model Shootout and it's officials do not hold any control over ideas, artistic vision or opinions of event participants. However, we do hold the right to refuse or ban anyone who creates any disruptions or issues before, during or after any event held under the Midwest Model Shootout likeness. Because this is a free event with no money transactions taking place between Midwest Model Shootout officials and event participants, we are not held responsible for money spent on fees to parks or businesses, food, drink, equipment, clothing or other items. Most event locations are outside and in public areas so please make sure you lock up your vehicles and do not leave your things unattended. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
