A Bachelor’s Degree is required or Advanced Degree, MBA preferred. Must have excellent written/verbal communication skills. Needs prior experience as operations manager, including product inventory and order fulfillment responsibilities.

The best candidate will be detail-oriented, and first-hand experience reading and interpreting regulatory guidelines and creating systems that ensure compliance. Regulatory experience such as FDA, ATF, FDIC, CAP, GAAP, etc. desired.

Analytical skills to evaluate data and make operational decisions.

Responsibilities include: Supervise satellite location employees, including productivity, compliance, performance reviews, etc. Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with government regulations and company procedures. Identifying and targeting areas in which a business can improve operations. Monitoring revenue margins. Overseeing employee productivity and compliance. Researching and implementing new directives for business growth and prosperity.
