Love That Journey RV
We visited some breweries while in Asheville, North Carolina. Hi-Wire Brewing had a food truck and was hosting an Urban Combat Wrestling event, which was a unique experience. Asheville Brewing Company had good beer, good pizza and a fun quirky vibe. They also had a full movie theater inside. Salt Face Mule Brewing Company was the closest to the Campfire Lodgings Campground and had a full mini golf course. We enjoyed our flights and the food was well executed.
We took some time to explore Asheville, North Carolina. We visited the Dolly Parton & RuPaul mural, the Grove Arcade, the Iron Sculpture, the Bronze Pigs and Turkeys, the French Broad Chocolate Lounge, Pack Square Park and the Asheville botanical garden.
Campfire Lodgings in Asheville, NC Overview. This RV park is about half a mile up a very steep, wooded, windy gravel road. We had a Premium RV site with a concrete pad. The mountain and river views from our site were some of the best you can find in all of Asheville. The amenities were adequate, but minimal as the focus is the location & view.
Oh boy did we cover a lot of miles and spend a ton of money in June. This was the first month in 4 years of full-time that we didn’t stay a night at a Thousand Trails and we felt it, haha. We knew our trip to the West would cost more than our normal travels and it’s something we prepared for. It’s all about the end of year averages, right? We were able to mark off three new states this month too!
Spacious Skies Peach Haven in Gaffney, SC overview. With a variety of site types and cabins, your rig will definitely fit here. There were lots of amenities and while some were a little dated, everything was in good condition. We loved our large site overlooking the pond and we got a discount for being Harvest Hosts member
Savannah Lakes RV Resort in Hardeeville, SC overview. This place has amenities galore and they were all in amazing shape. The gorgeous kitchen in the clubhouse was something we’ve never seen at a campground. We also loved that the dog spa was shaded and had gates to close off the area

4 years and 39 states later. Looking forward to continuing our journey!
There are so many great places for food and drinks at Disney it was tough to narrow it down to a few of our favorites. Our stand outs are: Geo 82, Joffrey’s Coffee, Steakhouse 71, Wailulu, Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’, Gideon’s Bakehouse, and The Boathouse.
We love having annual passes to Disney World and get more than our money’s worth out of them when we’re in Kissimmee. Here’s some highlights from our fun there over the last year
Winter Garden, Florida is an adorable town loaded with shopping and restaurants. It has an old town charm and we really enjoyed walking around and strolling Plant St Market
