We’re Hiring — Office Assistant / Dispatcher (Landscaping, Irrigation & Lawn Maintenance)

Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (winter hours may vary)

Landscape Sprinkler is a growing landscaping, irrigation, and lawn maintenance company looking for a reliable, organized Office Assistant / Dispatcher. This role is critical to keeping daily operations running smoothly—coordinating crews, communicating with customers, and handling office support tasks.

What You’ll Do

Schedule and dispatch crews for daily landscaping, irrigation, and maintenance jobs

Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate with customers professionally

Coordinate job details between office staff and field crews

Track job progress, schedules, and service requests

Support general office duties: filing, data entry, record keeping, and basic admin tasks

What We’re Looking For

Strong organization and multitasking skills

Clear communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)

Comfortable with computers, email, and basic office software

Calm, efficient, and dependable in a fast-paced environment

Office, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred

Spanish (speak/read/write) is a plus, not required

Landscaping, irrigation, or lawn maintenance experience is a plus, not required
