If you’ve ever worked with me, you know I ask A LOT of questions before event day especially if it’s a venue I’ve never worked in before.

Trust me… it’s not because I don’t trust you or I’m trying to make your life difficult. 😅 It’s because I’m trying to make sure your event goes smoothly.

✨ Is there an elevator?
✨ Are there stairs?
✨ How far is the loading area?
✨ What time can vendors actually get in?
✨ Are there venue restrictions?
✨ Is there enough space for the setup?

Every answer helps us prepare, avoid unnecessary surprises, and keep our stress levels from going through the roof on event day. 😂

Because let me tell you… there is NOTHING like arriving at a venue expecting one thing and finding out it’s a completely different situation.

“There’s plenty of parking!”
➡️ Parking is three blocks away.

“It’s an easy load-in!”
➡️ Up two flights of stairs with no elevator. 😭

“It’s already set up for you!”
➡️ Plot twist… it’s not. 😂
