Joel and James of our Marimba institute team paired with James' freinds and co-workers at the Los Angeles International Music and Arts Academy this last weekend do offer a workshop on African marimba. We all had a great time and the vibes were fun! Check out their next workshop on June 29th for Brazilian Pandeiro!

Hello followers and Facebook friends. I just wanted to shout out to all ya'll Simi Valley locals that the Marimba Institute will be hanging out at the Simi Valley High School Band Spectacular this Saturday with a variety of marimbas to sell and let you come out and jam on! Please come by and visit our tuning specialist and marimba making master, Scott Murphy! If you want to learn about how to make a marimba, try our product line, or just hang out with a really nice guy who makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside, come on by Saturday from 11am-7pm.
