Let us introduce you to Nahum a 21 year old resident in Ventura, CA, He is a fitness enthusiast who currently focuses on strength training with a bit of hypertrophy training.

He is an aspiring content creator/influencer in hopes of helping others who are experiecning difficult times. Much of which he has learned after beating cancer, surviving a brain surgery and 2 knee surgeries.

"I knew I had to come back stronger to show others out there that regardless of how tough life gets, you are in control of where you end up. "

Being active to him means showing up and paying dues. To get some form of physical activity in daily. Whether it be walking or lifting. 15 min or an hour, being active means showing up for yourself and continuously helping new people.

He found his way to remain healthy and active through powerlifting. After discovering the sport through a supervisors son, he realized his potential to lift heavy weight and pursued it. It all wouldnt be possible without the atmosphere and support he has received from the House of Gains Gym. ⁠
