What a blast! Congrats to our rowers for great work at NWErgomania!

COME JOIN CLAM ISLAND AND BE THE ONE IN THE BOAT!!

2024 JUNIORS ROWING- 8th -12th grades. No Experience necessary

Indoor Winter Training: Conditioning on rowing machines as well as body-weight training in preparation for the Spring Season. No experience necessary.
January 20- Feb 15 Tuesday and Thursday 4-5:45
Cost- $110
Sessions will be held at Kitsap Mall in the Clam Island Rowing Club near JCPenney.
Parent meeting will be after practice on Tuesday January 20 at 6:00 in the erg room at the mall.

Juniors Spring Season- No experience necessary.
February 20- May 16 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 3:30-6:00
36 sessions- $620
Minimum of 8 needed, Maximum of 12

Sessions will be on the water with the exception of bad weather days. Then we will meet at the mall location.

Parent meeting will be after practice on Monday January 20 at 6:00 in the port building or at the erg room at the mall depending on weather.

Potential races include:
Spring Sprints at Lake Stevens April 20
Various Scrimmages with other local clubs TBD

Addition fees for regattas TBD

Want to try rowing? We still have spots left for the Learn To Row class this week. Thursday and Friday from 6 pm to 8:30 pm and 8 am to 11 am on Saturday and Sunday. Then there will be a combined row planned for Tuesday July 18 with the rest of the adult rowers. Come have some fun and try something that is probably on your bucket list!
