May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and the need is real. Black adults are 36% less likely to receive mental health care than the general population. Stigma, cost, and lack of culturally competent providers are just some of the barriers keeping our community from the support we deserve. AAHP is committed to changing that through education, resources, and programs designed with our community in mind.
Taking care of your mental health starts with knowing where you stand. AAHP's free mental health screening tool is private, anonymous, and judgment-free. Taking this free screening can connect you to the support and resources you need. You don't have to figure it out alone.
