L.E.A.D. Fest Carnival has announced it will be at Westfield Wheaton May 15-25. The carnival features rides, midway games, food, and other family-friendly attractions. The event will be located at Westfield Wheaton, 11160 Veirs Mill Rd in Wheaton. LE.A.D. Fest is part of L.E.A.D., Law Enforcement Against Drugs & Violence, a nonprofit that raises funds for evidence-based drug and violence prevention programs used by law enforcement agencies and schools.
