Effective April 1, 2025, Robert Riley has taken on the role of Executive Director at the Maryland Vietnamese Mutual Association. Riley brings a wealth of experience from his time in the Peace Corps and the Foreign Service, which included two years in Vietnam. Ambassador to Micronesia and most recently was the Chief Operating Officer for the East-West Center in Honolulu. Riley is excited to be back in his home state.
