After giving birth to her daughter, Stephanie Akoumany, (Owner and CEO) experienced drastic changes to her mind, body, and energy levels. She committed herself to practicing self love, making time for family, meditation, healthy eating, regular exercise, and researching scientifically proven strategies to create a life that she loved! These tools changed her life and the way she looked at the world, despite an increasingly tumultuous political climate in the U.S. Stephanie Akoumany is an American Studies Ph.D. Candidate and Women’s Studies Certificate student at the University of Maryland College Park (UMCP), a McNair Scholar, and Bryn Mawr School for Girls alumna. She served as the Director of Mentoring at the Washington, D.C. non-profit, Mentor Foundation USA, at the House of Sweden (The Swedish Embassy), where she developed, implemented, and coordinated their School Based and Company Based Mentoring Programs in 2015.
