Healing takes time, patience and persistence. It is not and never will be a one and done deal. You may gain insight on an issue you have and work with it for awhile and feel like you've gotten past it just to have that same issue crop up with a different mask on 6 months or a year later. Stay with it. A lot of this originated while you were still in the womb(or even before then!) and you've carried it your entire existence until now. Patience and self-compassion are the essential foundation on which this process is made possible and they are what make it possible to eventually land in surrender and actually begin to "trust the process". Be easy and keep going.

Michelle Elizabeth( )and I have been cooking up this workshop for the last month and we are super excited to finally get to announce it!

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 is to provide a safe container in which participants may feel empowered to take ownership of their shadow aspects and begin to befriend, embody and discover the medicine powers within them. You can expect to learn a variety of tools that can be utilized to heal the nervous system and develop awareness of your mental, emotional and spiritual aspects that may not be working in alignment with your highest good. Through group and individual exercises, guided meditations, journaling prompts, a dedicated Facebook Group, open hearted shares and live facilitation, we will support one another in the work of re-integrating those parts into a state of harmony with the whole system.

We are incredibly excited to bring you this workshop stacked with the tools and practices necessary to deepen your relationship with yourself, expand your capacity for presence and compassion for all beings, and integrate the self sabotaging aspects that hold you back from Soul Integration and Embodiment.

Healing from my own complex trauma has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences I could imagine. My healing path has moved me from being disconnected, isolated, insufficient, fearful, defensive into a space of deep connection with my Soul Tribe, feeling unconditionally supported with each step of my journey, feeling confident and free to be myself in each moment and a deep sense of purpose and fulfillment each day.

This is why I choose the path of helping others to heal from their trauma, release their limiting beliefs, and work through their self sabotaging behavior patterns.

✨ We will work to Identify 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟𝐬 that hold you back from moving in the direction of your 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
✨Using mindfulness, the breath, inquiry and conscious communication we will 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐠𝐨 of the emotional energies which hold these beliefs in place
✨From here we will re-constellate these energy patterns so that they will 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞, instead of hinder, 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡
