I believe healing comes from within. I believe good health starts with having a powerful outlook on life. I believe in using Acupuncture and herbs to assist us in our struggles through our respective journeys. I believe in my faith, and my family which both bring me endless joy. I also believe that assisting others helps me to figure out more about what this life is for so many people. I believe that I am privileged to be a helper to so many.

Working long hours increases risk of stroke by 45 percent, new study says Researchers found people who worked long hours for 10 years or more had a 45% greater stroke risk. In the study, working long hours was defined as working 10 hours at least 50 days per year.
