Today, we honor Juneteenth — a powerful reminder of resilience, freedom, and the ongoing pursuit of equity.

On June 19, 1865, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation, the last enslaved people in Galveston, Texas, finally learned they were free. Juneteenth is a moment to reflect on that delayed justice — and to recognize how far we’ve come, and how far we still have to go.
This day is more than a history lesson. It’s a call to action. A reminder to examine how we show up for racial equity in our workplaces and communities, and to move beyond words into lasting change.

Let’s continue to listen, learn, and lead with empathy.
Let’s build workplaces where everyone — regardless of race — is truly free to thrive.
