This option saves you time and means that you don`t have to come up with the money for the fix. As your agent, this is something I can negotiate for you.

You have to think from the buyer`s perspective. They will want to know about things like closet space, which means they`re likely going to open up the closets and pantries to get a feel for the size. If they`re crammed full of stuff, that`s a ding against your home.
