Ruth's Rummage

Can't believe what I found today at the thrift store. This weekend, I was sick, and my family went to a place called Northlandz. It is the world's largest model railroad. My son immediately became train obsessed and begged to get his Dad's train stuff out. They have been going over it and cleaning it up. Today, I walk into the thrift store and find boxes of like new Bachmann HO scale buildings and one engine, the same brand and scale my husband collected as a child. Do kids even play with trains anymore? And how amazing is it to find all these things for my son's new hobby? I never really looked for train stuff at the thrift store before, so maybe I just didn't notice it, but is it common to find it?
