Asian-inspired comfort food! 🐔
CROCK POT BOURBON CHICKEN
Serves: 6 | Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 6 hrs
📋 Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken thighs 🐔
1/4 cup bourbon 🥃
1/2 cup soy sauce 🫗
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp ginger
4 garlic cloves 🧄
1/4 cup apple juice 🍎
Green onions 🌱
Sesame seeds
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix all sauce ingredients
2️⃣ Add chicken to slow cooker
3️⃣ Pour sauce over
4️⃣ Cook LOW 6 hours
5️⃣ Shred chicken
6️⃣ Garnish and serve over rice
Notes 💡:
◻️ Can sub apple juice for bourbon
◻️ Thickens naturally while cooking!

Pizza's tasty cousin! 🍕
ITALIAN SAUSAGE STROMBOLI
Serves: 6 | Prep Time: 20 mins | Cook Time: 25 mins
📋 Ingredients:
1 pizza dough 🍕
1 lb Italian sausage
2 cups mozzarella 🧀
1 cup marinara sauce 🍅
1 bell pepper 🫑
1 onion 🧅
2 garlic cloves 🧄
Italian herbs 🌿
1 egg wash 🥚
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Brown sausage with veggies
2️⃣ Roll out dough
3️⃣ Layer filling and cheese
4️⃣ Roll and seal edges
5️⃣ Brush with egg wash
6️⃣ Bake 375°F for 25 mins

A creamy pasta dish with beef and bowtie pasta! 🍝🍖
🍝 Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta 🍝
📋 Ingredients:
🍖 1 lb ground beef
🍝 1 lb bowtie pasta
🥛 1 cup heavy cream
🧴 2 tbsp olive oil
🧀 1 cup shredded parmesan
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook pasta according to package directions.
2️⃣ Brown ground beef in olive oil and drain excess fat.
3️⃣ Stir in heavy cream and parmesan, then mix in cooked pasta.
4️⃣ Serve with extra parmesan if desired.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Servings: 6

BANANA BREAD COOKIES
Serves: 24 cookies | Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 12 mins
📋 Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas 🍌
1 cup butter, softened 🧈
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs 🥚
2 1/2 cups flour 🌾
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 🥜
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt 🧂
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Mash bananas, cream with butter & sugar
2️⃣ Beat in eggs and vanilla
3️⃣ Mix in dry ingredients
4️⃣ Fold in walnuts
5️⃣ Drop by spoonfuls
6️⃣ Bake 350°F for 12 mins

HONEY BUTTER SWEET ALABAMA PECANBREAD
Serves: 10 | Prep Time: 20 mins | Cook Time: 55 mins
📋 Ingredients:
2 cups flour 🌾
1 cup chopped pecans 🥜
1 cup honey 🍯
1/2 cup butter, softened 🧈
2 eggs 🥚
1 cup milk 🥛
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt 🧂
Honey Butter:
1/2 cup butter 🧈
1/4 cup honey 🍯
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Toast pecans until fragrant
2️⃣ Mix wet and dry ingredients separately
3️⃣ Combine, fold in pecans
4️⃣ Bake at 350°F for 55 mins
5️⃣ Make honey butter
6️⃣ Serve warm with honey butter

GARLIC BREAD RITZ BITS
Serves: 6 | Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 15 mins
📋 Ingredients:
2 sleeves Ritz crackers 🍘
1 stick butter, melted 🧈
4 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1/4 cup parmesan cheese 🧀
1 tbsp dried parsley 🌿
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix butter with garlic and seasonings
2️⃣ Toss crackers in mixture
3️⃣ Spread on baking sheet
4️⃣ Bake at 300°F for 15 mins
5️⃣ Cool slightly before serving
Notes 💡:
◻️ Watch carefully to avoid burning
◻️ Store in airtight container

AIR FRYER BEEF JERKY
Serves: 8 | Prep Time: 24 hrs | Cook Time: 4 hrs
📋 Ingredients:
2 lbs lean beef 🥩
1/4 cup soy sauce 🫗
2 tbsp Worcestershire
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp liquid smoke
Red pepper flakes 🌶️
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Slice beef very thin against grain
2️⃣ Mix marinade ingredients
3️⃣ Marinate beef 24 hours
4️⃣ Pat dry with paper towels
5️⃣ Air fry at 165°F for 4 hours
6️⃣ Cool completely
Notes 💡:
◻️ Freeze meat slightly for easier slicing
◻️ Store in airtight container
