Enjoyed meeting with the pastor search team at New Heritage Baptist Church for the next phase of their Pastor Search Training.

This was my first opportunity to sit under the leadership of Dr. Aaron Summers with Texas Baptists, and what a blessing it was. His passion and process for helping churches navigate the various stages of the pastor search journey were so encouraging!
