We had our first sprinkler play last Friday! Friendly Reminder we will have sprinkler play every Friday until school goes back! Don’t forget to pack a towel, extra clothes, and make sure all of their things are labeled! 🙂

These 9 minutes hold weight. ⏰ Making an extra effort to focus on these 9 minutes can have a very positive outcome for the parent/child relationship. Being in a state of peace, love and connection during these touch points in a day is POWERFUL! 💪🏽🧠❤️ ➡️ Does this mean all we need to invest with children is 9 minutes? Of course not! We know that’s not true. According to Dr. Panksepp, these vulnerable minutes simply hold more weight by setting the emotional tone and by bridging a sense of connection between parent/child during sensitive times (waking, returning home, going to bed).
